Please note: This item is sold as imperfect stock. The bottom brackets on these intercoolers don’t align perfectly with the mounting holes on the Pajero chassis. A small trim with a grinder is needed to adjust the brackets for proper fitment. Aside from this, the intercooler is brand new and fully functional.

Looking for a direct upgrade from your stock intercooler? Our Stage 2 intercooler is built to suit Mitsubishi Pajero NS, NT, NW and NX models with the 3.2L turbo diesel engine (2006–2021). With a larger core and up to 30% more airflow than stock, it helps reduce intake temps for better towing, off-road performance, and all-round efficiency.

This is the same intercooler we run on our own Pajero. We’ve put it through long-distance trips, beach runs and regular towing, and it’s proven to deliver cooler temps and more consistent power when your engine’s working hard.
Refunds and Returns Plus

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or no longer need the product, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of dispatch. Excludes final sale/clearance products.

To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method.

Please note, return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to select products that are not shipped from our Brisbane Warehouse.

  • Any damage or fault arising from improper installation may void warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranties are set by the manufacturers or suppliers of each product. Details are included in the product listing where available.
  • BGT4X4 may offer longer warranty on select items sold under our own brand — this will be clearly outlined on the product page.
  • Products must be used as intended and kept in original condition to qualify for warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Incorrect or unauthorised installation
  • Off-road misuse beyond product intent
  • Wear and tear, cosmetic marks or damage
  • Labour, freight, or removal/reinstallation costs
