Shipping Policy
Our product pages indicate whether a product ships from our Burpengary East Warehouse or directly from one of our trusted suppliers.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order contains one or more pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items in your order are in stock and ready for dispatch.
If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please contact us to request split shipping. Where split shipping is available, the additional shipment can be arranged at our usual shipping rate.
Please keep this in mind when placing an order containing both in-stock and pre-order products, particularly if you require any of the in-stock items by a certain date.
How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on several factors, including:
- Your shipping address (metro, regional and rural rates may vary)
- The size and weight of the items in your cart
- The fulfilment location of each product
Please note that not all items dispatch from the same location. This means that if you order multiple items, they may ship separately, and shipping costs may vary depending on the combination of products in your cart.
In some cases, certain rural or harder-to-reach areas may incur higher-than-usual freight charges.
If this happens, we’ll contact you after purchase to discuss the available options before shipping your order. If you decide not to proceed, you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund.
We’ll always do our best to be fair and help subsidise additional freight costs where possible.
Bull Bar Freight
Freight charges for Alpha Bull Bars shown at checkout are based on average shipping rates to metro areas within your state. If you live in a rural or harder-to-reach location, additional shipping costs may apply. We will contact you with any additional charges for approval before proceeding.
Pickup
We offer pickup from our Burpengary East warehouse for items we keep in stock.
Pickup is available by appointment only, Monday to Friday. You will receive confirmation via email once your order is ready for collection and will be prompted to book a pickup date and time.
If your pickup order contains a pre-order item, your order will be made available for collection once all items are in stock, unless otherwise arranged with us.
Uncollected Pickup Orders
Orders placed for pickup must be collected within 45 days of being marked as ready for collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If an order remains uncollected after 45 days and we have been unable to arrange collection with you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less a 15% restocking and administration fee to cover handling, storage and processing costs.
We may attempt to contact you prior to cancelling your order; however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure pickup arrangements are made within the collection period.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. At checkout, you can select your country from the available list. If your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. International shipping may take approximately 15-20 days, although delivery times can vary.
Customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. For specific information regarding customs charges, please check with your local customs authority.
