Shipping Policy

Our product pages indicate whether your product ships from our Brisbane HQ or directly from one of our trusted supplier. In stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note, if your order contains a pre-order product, your order will be shipped once all items in stock. If you wish to split your shipment, please contact us and we can arrange that for you. Please note that a small shipping fee may be payable to cover extra costs.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on several factors, including:
• Your shipping address (metro vs rural areas may vary)
• The size and weight of the items in your cart
• The fulfilment location of each product

Please note that not all items dispatch from the same location. This means that if you order multiple items, they may ship separately, and shipping costs may vary depending on the combination of products in your cart.

In some cases, certain rural or harder-to-reach areas may incur higher-than-usual freight charges.

If this happens, we’ll contact you after purchase to discuss the available options before shipping your order. If you decide not to proceed, you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund.

We’ll always do our best to be fair and help subsidise additional freight costs where possible

Bull Bar Freight

Freight charges for Alpha Bull Bars shown at checkout are based on average shipping rates to metro areas within your state. If you live in a rural or harder-to-reach location, additional shipping costs may apply. We will contact you with any extra charges for approval before proceeding. 

Pickup

We offer pickup in Burpengary East for items kept in stock. Pickup available by appointment only, Monday to Friday. You will receive confirmation via email once your item is ready to be collected and you will be prompted to book a pickup date and time.

Uncollected Pickup Orders

Orders placed for pickup must be collected within 45 days of being marked as ready for collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If an order remains uncollected after 45 days and we have been unable to arrange collection with you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less a 15% restocking and administration fee to cover handling, storage, and processing costs.

We may attempt to contact you prior to cancelling your order; however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure pickup arrangements are made within the collection period.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. At checkout, you can select your country from the available list. If your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Shipping may on average 15-20 days. Customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. For specific information regarding customs charges, please check with your local customs office.
