Which products are available for pickup? Plus

All in-stock warehouse items are available for pickup.

Some products are shipped directly from our partner brands (supplier-direct). These items are not available for pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Where and when is pickup available? Plus

Pickup is available from our warehouse in Brendale, QLD, Monday to Friday, by appointment only.

We operate as a small two-person team, so appointments help ensure we’re on-site and available to assist you.

How do I place a pickup order? Plus
  1. Add pickup-enabled products to your cart
  2. Select Pickup at checkout
  3. Complete your order

Once your order is ready (usually 2-4 days), you’ll receive an email prompting you to reply with a preferred pickup date and time, so we can confirm your appointment.

Can I mix pickup and shipped items in the same order? Plus

Unfortunately, no.

Our website doesn’t support split pickup + shipping in one order.

  • If your cart contains pickup items + shipped items, shipping will be the only option shown
  • To collect some items and ship others, you’ll need to place two separate orders
Do you offer bull bar pickups? Plus

Yes, we can organise bull bar pickup. We’re able to order bull bars in from Alpha in WA and have them delivered to our Brendale warehouse, where forklift unloading is available. Once the order arrives, you’re welcome to collect it from us. This gives you access to much cheaper shipping rates.
