Some products are shipped directly from our partner brands (supplier-direct). These items are not available for pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Pickup is available from our warehouse in Brendale, QLD, 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday, by appointment only. Address is provided post-purchase.
We operate as a small two-person team, so appointments help ensure we’re on-site and available to assist you.
If the available times are not suitable, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you at your preferred time.
No, we do not have a storefront and operate out of a private warehouse space. We do however offer pickup options for in-stock products at checkout. We do not allow walk-ins and cannot take payments on-site. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is ready (usually 1-2 days), you’ll receive an email prompting you to reply with a preferred pickup date and time, so we can confirm your appointment.

Our website doesn’t support split pickup + shipping in one order.
- If your cart contains pickup items + shipped items, shipping will be the only option shown
- To collect some items and ship others, you’ll need to place two separate orders
Yes, we can organise bull bar pickup. We’re able to order bull bars in from Alpha in WA and have them delivered to our Brendale warehouse, where forklift unloading is available. Once the order arrives, you’re welcome to collect it from us. This gives you access to much cheaper shipping rates.
