Ok so it seems that I own the only gen 4 Pajero 2019 where the table holes didn’t line up with the back door handle. So I did have to drill them out about 2mm to get the supplied screws to line up and screw back in. Also used all the extra washers behind the hinge side screw to pack it out for the door curve.
Good to have the self adhesive foam to prevent any rattles.
So took about 15 minutes of drilling and checking before final fitment.
But the unit is great and my wife and I went to Point Piquet with our Mini’ Schnauzer, drank coffee and port and watched heaps of whales frolicking off the coast.
Happy days are back.

Installed on 2016 NX Pajero. Removal of the aircon vents and controller was pretty straight forward. My Pajero has the original head unit and so removing the surround that contains the display unit was fairly difficult as it all fits rather tight. You will definately need a more robust trim removal tool than those supplied. Took around 40 mins all up. I had to do the reset as explained in the video. Very happy with the results.

No 5 minute fitment for me though! I had never removed the centre console and was very nervous about doing so. I probably watched the video 10 times before and during the install, with many ‘almost’ moments as I extracted the vents and head unit. Two of the retaining clips broke completely, with a couple of others pinging off inside (just purchased some replacements off eBay so I suppose I’ll be going back for another visit).

Was qouted over $1000 to fix leaking intercooler seal. This cost me about $30 and 20mins of work with a standard socket set. Seal fitted perfectly is noticeably better quality than factory. Vehicle has run well for over 3 weeks with no signs of leak. Quick postage very happy with this company and product.

Bought and installed drivers side, right hand and passenger side, right hand vents. Perfect fit and easy installation, especially after referencing their online install videos. Does exactly what it's meant to, looks original but is way cheaper than OEM replacement items.

Just fitted these silicone hoses to my Paj yesterday, in conjunction with replacing the intercooler. Straight forward install, perfect fit. The clamps for the hoses are great quality too, not cheap standard hose clamps.
