easy to install must have part so you don't have to keep replacing plastic parts
Everything ive bought from them is great quality and the delivery is excellent
I got this item as it looks factory (and it may be good). However, the factory head audio unit of an NX just did not release. I tried using as much force and possible, but then I stopped. There was a high risk of cracking the piano black trim or clips holding the unit in place. It was simply a matter of 'risk vs reward'.
Also take extra care when removing the air vents and pry cautiously and patiently. If the plastic clips break off, it means a change out of the air vent.
This is certainly not a '5 Min" job as advertised in the video. Maybe putting everything back.
I now have this item in a box and is of no use to me.

Hi Charita, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that installation can be challenging, especially if the factory unit has never been removed, it will require some force to come out. We have confirmed with other NX owners that the process is the same as in the instructional video. If you haven't done so, make sure the aircon controls are also clipped out as this is needed for the head unit to come loose. Thank goodness for BGT 4x4 the product is excellent, and they are so helpfull, a set was purchased from Ali Express no good had to return them, I ended up out of pocket, so pleased with my purchase from BGT

What an awesome product!! The fit is perfect and fells really good quality. It was effortless replacing the hoses. It helps that it comes with new decent hose clamps. Definitely recommend this to anyone needing new pajero intercooler & turbo hoses.

The fit is not great, original fit the frame better, holes almost align.
