FAQs Plus

Are these actually custom-fit seat covers?

Yes. We physically measured the seats of the vehicles listed and test-fitted the covers in Brisbane before production. The result is a true custom fit that follows the shape of your seats, rather than a one-size-fits-most design.

Are they airbag compatible?

Yes. Our front seat covers feature airbag-compatible seams designed for the airbag configuration used in Australian-delivered Chery vehicles.

Will they be hot in summer?

No. Unlike many traditional neoprene seat covers, ours use breathable perforated neoprene that allows better airflow, making them much more comfortable for everyday driving in Australian conditions.

Do heated seats still work?

Yes. Heated seats continue to function as normal thanks to the perforated material. You may notice a slight delay or slight reduction in heat intensity.

Are they easy to clean?

Yes. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth or vacuum as required.

Please note: Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How much does shipping cost? And how long do they take to ship?

We currently offer free shipping on seat covers Australia-wide. We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days, shipping normally takes 2-5 business days. Please allow more time if you live in a regional/remote location.

 Warranty Plus

Covered by a 3-year warranty for manufacturing and workmanship faults. Parts will be repaired or replaced if a fault occurs under normal use.

Labour, and removal/reinstallation costs are not covered. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or impact is not covered.

Frustrated and disappointed as the labelling

Frustrated and disappointed as the labelling was incorrect on both front seat covers when I spent over an hour putting the seat covers on to find out that they were incorrect. I contacted the supplier in which I got an excuse that the supplier had incorrectly labelled the items and that I should have received an email but never did and they were sorry for the inconvenience.. the seat covers themselves are suitable and once you get used to the fabric are good. It’s just a pity about the service.

Couldn't ask for better seat covers

Huge fan of my Tiggo 4's seat covers. Having tested these in my car for months now, I am seriously blown away by the perfect fit and quality. Even with a dog in the back, the seats are super easy to clean with a vacuum and damp cloth. Super comfy, even on hot days! I also love that they suit the modern, minimalist design of them that suits the look of the Tiggo. 10/10!

Front seat covers are great quality and very easy to fit.Great video tutorial and easy to follow.Had that mislabelled issue but figured it out and found the email before I had fitted them.Indicators were airbag label to door side of car and the seat side bolster (fits under plastic side of seat)for a great fit.
