Ordered and delivered quickly, no fuss. Fitted the BGT4X4 Cooler Kit to an MY15 Pajero Exceed and all works well. Simple installation and just followed the great little Video. No issues and highly recommended.

1) Mounting brackets were good ( Accurate & solid) Positioned the cooler core correctly.
2) Hose joiner supplied was very poor quality. Definitely needs improvement.
I used right angled barb connectors to attach the hoses to the cooler core. .Saves putting the cooler hose through a tight radius.

They don’t mess around at BGT4x4. Ordered midday Monday and it arrived midday the next day from QLD to SA! Looks high quality and am excited to install it and see how well it performs since the Jatco transmissions in the Gen 3 Pajs like to get toasty especially since it’s only got a tiny cooler from factory with the new one nearly double the size. Definitely going to be buying more stuff from BGT4X4 in the future!
Awesome to hear Kayne enjoy! The fitment on the Gen 3 is a little different to the 4 but you will see what I mean once installed. The long bracket goed behind the bracket on the right to keep it straight and that's it cheers enjoy!
This trans cooler kept my temps way down while towing, I cannot recommend it enough for Australian conditions!

Why not have the inlet and outlets angled, so the hose fits straight on, like the original one, instead of a bend in the hose, which has the potential of cracking or splitting over time with heat and also supply enough hose, so as not to have to join old hose to new hose. Just my thoughts.
Hi Tony. We ran a smiliar setup for years and it has been fine. The cooler has brackets on the top of bottom so it cannot be mounted sideways for the hoses to go on. Trans hose is reinforced on the inside so kinking is unlikely. Just don't cut them too short and you shouldn't have any issues. We can supply longer hose however, the fitting time will just take longer for the customer hence we made it as easy and quick as possible.
Will this fit with an Ironman bullbar with a winch ?
Check out our video. If the winch cradle sits at the front of the bar then yes but if the winch cradle is bolted to the chassis then no if you have a winch.
