* A 15% restocking fee may still be charged for supplier-shipped products as they themselves charge restocking fees (e.g., bull bars)
Items not received in full will be rejected and can be returned to customer at own cost.
Order Cancellations
We’ll always try to help, but cancellations aren’t always possible once an order has been processed. This is because stock may already be allocated, supplier orders placed, and payment fees charged.

We offer an optional transit insurance service that provides an fast replacement if your order is damaged or lost during transit. Handling courier claims can be lengthy and frustrating, so this service allows us to take care of the claim for you and dispatch your replacement right away. To qualify, damage or loss must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Coverage & Limitations:
- This service only applies to damage or loss in transit. Other issues, including loss, theft, or missing items, are handled under standard consumer protections.
- This priority replacement service only applies to products shipped from our Brisbane Warehouse. Items shipped directly from suppliers (as indicated on product pages) are not eligible for immediate replacement, and may have to wait on courier claims.
- For orders containing multiple items, the service applies only to the damaged items covered by this optional insurance.
- You do not need to return the damaged item before receiving a replacement. We will advise if the damaged item needs to be returned, but your immediate replacement will be sent first.
- This service is optional and does not replace or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Even if the 24-hour window is missed, standard ACL guarantees (including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund), still apply.
Payment & Refund:
- The optional insurance fee is charged at checkout and is non-refundable once the order ships.
To request a return, please submit a return request by logging into your account via our website here. Please ensure your return package includes your name and order number and ensure that items are securely packaged and shipped with its original packaging. Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including:
- Your shipping address
- The size & weight of the items in your cart
- The fulfilment location of the product
As you add products to your cart, shipping charges may adjust based on these factors. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Yes, we offer international shipping on most products excluding bulky items such as bull bars, exhuasts, suspension etc. BGT4X4 is not responsible for any import fees or duties.
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help sort it out.
We kindly ask that all products are inspected within 14 days of delivery. This includes checking for:
- Incorrect items supplied
- Visible damage
- Obvious defects
Claims raised outside this timeframe may still be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law.
