- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all package inclusions present
- Return shipping at customer’s expense
* A 15% restocking fee may still be charged for supplier-shipped products as they themselves charge restocking fees (e.g., bull bars)
Items not received in full will be rejected and can be returned to customer at own cost.
Order Cancellations
We’ll always try to help, but cancellations aren’t always possible once an order has been processed. This is because stock may already be allocated, supplier orders placed, and payment fees charged.

To request a return, please submit a return request by logging into your account via our website here. Please ensure your return package includes your name and order number and ensure that items are securely packaged and shipped with its original packaging. Please send your return tracking number to info@bgt4x4.com.au
Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and are available for purchase before they arrive at our warehouse.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock and your order reserves stock from an incoming shipment.
- Any estimated arrival date (ETA) provided is an estimate only and is subject to change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside of BGT4X4's control.
- We will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed of any significant changes to the ETA.
We kindly ask customers to allow up to 30 days beyond the advertised ETA for unforeseen delays before requesting a cancellation.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order before this 30-day period has elapsed, our standard 15% cancellation and administration fee will apply.
If your pre-order has not arrived more than 30 days after the original advertised ETA, you may request to cancel your order for a full refund with no cancellation fee.
Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held until all items are available and shipped together unless otherwise stated or agreed. If you require available items sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order, as additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including:
- Your shipping address
- The size & weight of the items in your cart
- The fulfilment location of the product
As you add products to your cart, shipping charges may adjust based on these factors. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Yes, we offer international shipping on most products excluding bulky items such as bull bars, exhuasts, suspension etc. BGT4X4 is not responsible for any import fees or duties.
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help sort it out.
We kindly ask that all products are inspected within 14 days of delivery. This includes checking for:
- Incorrect items supplied
- Visible damage
- Obvious defects
Claims raised outside this timeframe may still be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law.
