- Store credit: No fees*
- Refund to original payment method: 15% processing/restocking fee
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all package inclusions present
- Return shipping at customer’s expense
* A 15% restocking fee may still be charged for supplier-shipped products as they themselves charge restocking fees (e.g., bull bars)
Items not received in full will be rejected and can be returned to customer at own cost.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are treated as a change of mind and are subject to the same conditions and fees outlined in our Change of Mind Returns policy.
As a small business, these fees help cover costs we may have already incurred, including supplier restocking fees, administration and non-refundable payment processing fees.

- Shipping charges: May be refundable if you contact us before your order has been processed or dispatched
- Special-order or supplier items: May not be able to be cancelled once the order has been committed to the supplier

To request a return, please submit a return request by logging into your account via our website here. Please ensure your return package includes your name and order number and ensure that items are securely packaged and shipped with its original packaging. Please send your return tracking number to info@bgt4x4.com.au
Products marked Pre-Order are not currently in stock and are available to purchase before they arrive at our warehouse.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will generally be held and dispatched together once available. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request split shipping.
Estimated arrival timeframes are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you cancel a pre-order due to a change of mind before dispatch, you may choose full store credit or a refund to your original payment method less a 15% cancellation fee.
If the item has not arrived at our warehouse more than 30 days after the original advertised ETA, you may cancel the affected pre-order item for a full refund without a cancellation fee.
Please do not arrange collection, installation or travel until we confirm that your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection
Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including:
- Your shipping address
- The size & weight of the items in your cart
- The fulfilment location of the product
As you add products to your cart, shipping charges may adjust based on these factors. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Yes, we offer international shipping on most products excluding bulky items such as bull bars, exhuasts, suspension etc. BGT4X4 is not responsible for any import fees or duties.
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help sort it out.
We kindly ask that all products are inspected within 14 days of delivery. This includes checking for:
- Incorrect items supplied
- Visible damage
- Obvious defects
Claims raised outside this timeframe may still be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law.
