EOFY Sale Terms & Conditions
Thanks so much for supporting our small family business during our EOFY Moving Sale.
We’ve tried to keep things simple, fair and transparent for everyone.
Sale Pricing
- Sale prices are valid only during the advertised sale period or while stocks last
- Sale prices cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders for fairness
- Sale prices cannot be reserved once products sell out
- Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined
Dispatch & Processing Times
- During normal periods, most in-stock orders dispatch within 1–3 business days
- During peak sale periods, please allow additional processing time due to increased order volumes
- Some orders may ship in multiple parcels depending on stock location and supplier arrangements
Shipping Costs & Oversized Freight
We do our best to keep shipping costs as accurate and fair as possible.
However, some oversized or supplier-shipped items such as bull bars, exhausts, roof racks and other bulky accessories may incur additional shipping fees depending on:
- Delivery postcode
- Residential or remote area surcharges
- Delivery access requirements
- The size or combination of items ordered
If additional freight charges apply to your order, we will contact you before dispatch so you can choose whether to proceed or cancel the order.
This is particularly relevant for:
- Regional or remote deliveries
- International orders
- Orders containing multiple items that may be bulky
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs charges
- Local compliance requirements
While we do our best to display accurate shipping rates, bulky international freight can occasionally calculate incorrectly at checkout. If this occurs, we will contact you before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Our normal Returns Policy still applies during the EOFY Sale unless otherwise stated.
Please note:
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Change-of-mind returns incur a 15% restocking fee
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and returned in original packaging
For faulty or incorrect items, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to high sale volumes, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If a cancellation is approved:
- Store credit may be offered
- Refunds may incur processing or restocking fees in line with our Returns Policy
Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery timeframes or ETAs provided are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Supplier delays
- Customs processing
- Weather events
- Peak sale periods
We’ll always do our best to assist and keep you updated if delays occur.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details entered at checkout are correct.
Additional shipping charges may apply for:
- Returned-to-sender parcels
- Incorrect addresses
- Unclaimed deliveries
- Re-delivery requests
We may not be able to amend addresses post purchase.
Fair Use
We reserve the right to cancel orders involving:
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Reseller activity
- Misuse of promotional offers
