Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and are available for purchase before they arrive at our warehouse.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock and your order reserves stock from an incoming shipment.
  • Any estimated arrival date (ETA) provided is an estimate only and is subject to change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside of BGT4X4's control.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed of any significant changes to the ETA.

We kindly ask customers to allow up to 30 days beyond the advertised ETA for unforeseen delays before requesting a cancellation.

If you choose to cancel your pre-order before this 30-day period has elapsed, our standard 15% cancellation and administration fee will apply.

If your pre-order has not arrived more than 30 days after the original advertised ETA, you may request to cancel your order for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held until all items are available and shipped together unless otherwise stated or agreed. If you require available items sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order, as additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Installation Responsibility

  • Professional installation is always recommended. Many of our products require technical knowledge and tools for correct fitting.
  • BGT4X4 is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle, property, or person due to incorrect installation, modification, or use of any product sold.
  • Any damage or fault arising from improper installation may void warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranties are set by the manufacturers or suppliers of each product. Details are included in the product listing where available.
  • BGT4X4 may offer longer warranty on select items sold under our own brand — this will be clearly outlined on the product page.
  • Products must be used as intended and kept in original condition to qualify for warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Incorrect or unauthorised installation
  • Off-road misuse beyond product intent
  • Wear and tear, cosmetic marks or damage
  • Labour, freight, or removal/reinstallation costs

Product Use & Compliance

  • Some of our products are intended for off-road use only. It is the customer’s responsibility to check if these products are suitable and legal for use on public roads in their region.
  • We take compliance seriously and aim to only stock products that meet relevant safety expectations.
  • Ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any modifications are legal and roadworthy under Australian law or your local regulations.

Can you connect the platform roof rack to cross bars?

BGT4X4

Sure can, you will just need to source your own mounts/bolts to do that. Can get U bolts etc from Bunnings to make it work.
