I have just fitted these struts to 2011 pajero ,what a great idea mate saw them and couldnt believe how well they worked really pleased with the result and for dewald helping me out with a spare tool .

They work well, hopefully they hold pressure for a long time. Installation was straightforward.
These arrange within seven days and it took very little time to fit. Good fit and opening the bonnet is so easy.
Only comment the nut tool could be about 100 to 150 mm longer

Just installed these after having them for a couple of months. Absolutely a great product and accessory for any car.
Firstly, the YouTube video is awesome and super easy to follow.
Second, I thought I was going to have trouble fitting to the bonnet, as I have arthritis in my hands, but it only took me 5 goes to install. For me that’s amazing, as small things like this can take me hours!
Third and most of all, working on my car is now so much easier and enjoyable, without trying to contend with the stock bonnet holder…… therefore working smarter not harder.

It's super easy to install and a great product. The only thing to be wary of is if you have a second battery, the strut may hit a terminal. ended up only being able to instal driver's side but it seems more than strong enough.

Will these gas struts fit on an NM?
Hey, yes it will. You will however need to drill a hole in the same place where the holes on the Gen 4 are.
