In-stock products shipping from our Brisbane warehouse are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days. This timeframe excludes orders containing pre-order products, which will generally ship once all items are available.
To offer an even greater range of tried and trusted products, we also partner with selected brands that ship directly to you. These products are marked “Dispatches from supplier” on the product page and may arrive separately from other items in your order.
Products marked Pre-Order are not currently in stock. Ordering reserves your item from an incoming shipment.
Any estimated arrival date is a guide and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs clearance, weather or other circumstances outside our control. We’ll keep you informed if there are any significant changes.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order will generally ship together once everything is available. If you would prefer the available items sooner, please contact us to arrange split shipping. An additional shipping charge will apply.
Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days, provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging with all inclusions.
You can choose:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Supplier-direct and special-order products may still attract a restocking fee imposed by the supplier.
If your product arrives incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help.
In hindsight I probably didn't really need this, but it is a good fit all the same
Hi Frankie, glad to hear it fits well! Thank you for your feedback.
Love it
Does the Lower Console Organiser will work with the wireless phone charger in the newer 2025 MY26 models?
Hello, the new cover is the same thickness and replaces the current one so I would say the charging will be fine. We have an Urban so cannot test it unfortunately. If however it doesn't work, happy to pay for return postage thanks.
