The factory radiator on 4N15-powered Pajero Sport and Triton models uses a relatively thin 16mm core. Our upgraded radiator features a much thicker 42mm, three-row aluminium core, providing significantly more core volume for heat exchange.
With core dimensions of 525 × 650 × 42mm, the upgraded radiator has approximately 2.65 times the geometric core volume of the factory unit - a 165% increase in core volume. It's a practical upgrade for vehicles that regularly work hard in Australian conditions.
Built with full aluminium construction, TIG-welded joints and additional bracing, every radiator is pressure and leak tested before leaving the factory, then carefully packaged for protection during transport.
The radiator is designed as a direct-fit replacement for compatible Pajero Sport and Triton models, with fittings supplied for both automatic and manual transmissions. It also accommodates the factory fan shroud and is designed to clear the intercooler hoses.
Please note: A small amount of trimming to the factory plastic fan shroud cover is required during installation. We recommend professional fitting due to the amount of work involved. Please refer to our installation video before starting.
