The fit is not great, original fit the frame better, holes almost align.

Easy to fit much better than the original
Great mod that should've been the way the factory did it in the first place.
Ideal place to put your phone or bag of snacks without filling up the only 2 cup holders in the front end.
Pop the surround off with a trim removal tool (or a butter knife while the wife's not looking), unscrew the old cup holder/pen holder plastic, attach the new piece, pop it back into place. Job done.

Got this for my 2016 NX along with the silicon insert and it a brilliant upgrade. Pull cup holders out, 4 screws, swap over holder and push back in......5 minutes total.
