We want you to love your purchase! Return unused items within 30 days of dispatch for a full product refund (excludes clearance items). Items must be uninstalled and in original packaging. You'll need to cover return shipping costs. While most products ship from our Brisbane warehouse, if yours comes directly from a supplier, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Just email us at info@bgt4x4.com.au to start your return - we're here to help!

Warranty

We back our E-Locker with a 7-year warranty covering manufacturing faults from the original date of purchase.

How it works:

If something goes wrong and you believe it’s a warranty issue, contact us within 7 days of the issue. Email is best, and we’ll get back to you quickly.
We may ask you to return the part for inspection. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and cover return shipping.
If it’s a legit warranty issue, we’ll either repair, replace, or exchange the part, at our discretion.

What’s not covered:

Labour costs or damage to your vehicle caused by part failure
Misuse, incorrect installation, or modified parts
Accidental damage or normal wear and tear
Claims made after the 7-year window
Claims by someone who didn’t buy it directly from us

If we inspect the part and it’s not a warranty issue, we’ll return it to you at your expense.

Best E-Locker ever had!!

Used it on the weekend at Glasshouse Mountain tracks & ohh my God!! Traction in all the unkindness of terrains. Definitely recommend this product.

Biggest Difference Offroad!

Great quality unit! Much better control, the car just idles through everything. Copped a bit of damage offroad because I was trying things I never knew I would but hey the Paj went through! Locker engages/disengages when it should and convenient to have a switch! A must for the hardcore stuff!
