The factory bracket on Hayman Reese towbars sits low, making it vulnerable to rocks, ruts and steep departures. Once it catches on something, you're often left with a bent bracket or damaged trailer plug.
After constantly bending our factory bracket back into place and replacing damaged plugs, we came up with a better solution.
Our BGT4X4 Hitch Bracket mounts the plugs higher and in a more protected position, helping keep them out of harm's way when you're off-road.
Made from 4mm stainless steel with a black powder-coated finish, the bracket can be installed in four different orientations to suit your plug setup. It's ideal for mounting trailer plugs, Anderson plugs and airbag inflation valve brackets.
Installation is a simple direct bolt-on fit to the Hayman Reese towbar, with stainless steel mounting bolts and nylon washers included. Best of all, you can still remove the towbar tongue without removing the bracket.
Important: Suits Hayman Reese towbars on Mitsubishi Pajero NS-NX (2006-2021) only. Does not fit genuine Mitsubishi towbars. Compatibility with other brands, including TAG, has not been confirmed.
