In-stock products shipping from our Brisbane warehouse are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days. This timeframe excludes orders containing pre-order products, which will generally ship once all items are available.

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days, provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging with all inclusions.
