Replace your factory intercooler O-ring seals with a more durable solution designed to help prevent boost leaks before they become a bigger problem.

The factory seals are approximately 1mm thick, making them prone to flattening and leaking over time. Our upgraded 3.5mm FKM O-rings provide a tighter, more reliable seal and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 250°C, making them ideal for the high-heat environment of the intercooler system.

Please Note:

Many later MR Tritons and QF/QG Pajero Sports (approximately 2020 onwards) were fitted with an updated intercooler pipe featuring a deeper O-ring groove. These vehicles require a different seal profile, and these O-rings may not fit.

Was qouted over $1000 to fix leaking intercooler seal. This cost me about $30 and 20mins of work with a standard socket set. Seal fitted perfectly is noticeably better quality than factory. Vehicle has run well for over 3 weeks with no signs of leak. Quick postage very happy with this company and product.
