Split intercooler hoses are a common issue on the 2.4L 4N15, particularly as the factory hoses age or when your engine is working harder under load.

Upgrade them with a 5-ply reinforced silicone hose kit, backed by a 5-year full replacement warranty. Choose from a variety of colours to add a personalised touch under the bonnet while upgrading reliability at the same time.

Built to handle heat, pressure and oil exposure, the kit replaces both intercooler hoses and includes 4 heavy-duty clamps with no modifications required. These hoses have a burst rate of 300psi so it is well and truly effective to run the normal boost pressure of approx 20psi or tuned vehicles running 20+.

Great replacement pipe

Replaced our OEM pipes with this, and even before replacing you can clearly see the difference in quality, the BGT4x4 one is a great quality, sturdy replacement and would definitely encourage everyone to switch, it was an easy enough process but took some time to get everything fitted due to the tight engine space in the Pajero sport

Solid kit and cheaper than rivals

Had the dreaded (and very common) split intercooler hose issue so ordered these for my mechanic to install. I am based in Brisbane and was very impressed with the delivery time. My mechanic was able to fit these without issue.

Good quality aftermarket hoses

Just installed a set on my QF Pajero Sport using the supplied hose clamps. Fit snug. Driver side hose was shorter than OEM, but plenty long to fit easily and all looks factory. Thanks Budget 4x4 keeping it down for locals. Keep up and bring more products available for Pajero Sport line up.
