We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return from the dispatch date (excluding clearance and final sale items).
To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty or incorrect items: Our standards are high and we want you to be 100% satisfied. If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos before installing and we'll get you sorted.

In-stock warehouse items
Items stocked at our Brisbane warehouse usually dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Supplier-direct items
Some products are shipped directly from our trusted brand partners. These will dispatch from the supplier, and estimated lead times are shown on the product page where applicable.
Shipping rates
- Smaller items are shipped via flat-rate satchels where possible
- Larger or bulky items are quoted based on size and weight
- Supplier-direct items are charged at the supplier’s freight rate

Now that we operate from a commercial warehouse, we’re able to offer more competitive bulky freight rates.
Pickup is available on in-stock items by appointment - product pages will indicate if pickup is available.
